En esta capacidad, ayudar\u00e1 a identificar las iniciativas tecnol\u00f3gicas que tienen un mayor impacto en la experiencia del agente en vivo y los equipos de pares, y colaborar\u00e1 con sus socios en todos los canales de cara al consumidor para priorizar adecuadamente los recursos y las inversiones.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsabilidades<\/h3>\n<p>Proporcionar visi\u00f3n y liderazgo de gesti\u00f3n de productos (comprensi\u00f3n del cliente, priorizaci\u00f3n, definici\u00f3n de requisitos) para todas las herramientas y tecnolog\u00eda internas y de cara a los agentes.<\/p>\n<p>Evaluar las herramientas actuales e identificar nuevas oportunidades para mejorar la experiencia del cliente a trav\u00e9s de m\u00faltiples puntos de contacto.<\/p>\n<p>Desarrollar una hoja de ruta de tecnolog\u00eda de CS que eval\u00fae las inversiones futuras en funci\u00f3n de los an\u00e1lisis basados \u200b\u200ben datos de &#8220;construcci\u00f3n&#8221;
