A Decade of Achievements: UCC Peru Celebrated its 10th Anniversary

Under the motto “10 years connecting Peru with the world”, UCC Peru’s office commemorated its 10th Anniversary with a grand celebration alongside clients, suppliers, and collaborators. The gathering, held at the prestigious Huaca Pucllana restaurant in Lima on Wednesday, August 13, brought together nearly 100 attendees.

In addition to the entire UCC Peru team, the event was attended by Chairman of the Board Alberto Dale, CEO René Díaz, CFO Roberto Manubens, and Operations Manager Alberto Chaji.

For Fernanda Canevaro, Country Manager of Peru, “this has not been just another day. We are celebrating a milestone: ten years of history, effort, and shared growth. A decade built together with those who believed in this project from the beginning, and with those who have joined along the way. It has been a day to give thanks and to remember, but also to look ahead. Because this anniversary of UCC Peru is not only a celebration; it is a starting point for everything that lies ahead.”

In turn, René Díaz, CEO of UCC, stated: “We are proud to celebrate our ten years in Peru. We do so reflecting on the past, but with great enthusiasm for projecting into the future for many more decades. We hope more and more clients will join us on this special journey.”

In its first ten years, UCC Peru has handled over 1,100,000 tons of cargo, equivalent to 53,000 containers, strengthening its role as a strategic partner for the country’s exports.
