Under the motto “Our best route is with you,” UCC Cargo & Logistics Solutions celebrated its 15th anniversary in Santiago, Chile, marking a new milestone in its journey of growth and innovation in the logistics sector. The event, held at the Entremuros event center, brought together more than 200 guests, including clients, suppliers, and strategic partners, who shared an evening of recognition and gratitude for the years of collaboration that have accompanied the company’s evolution.
One of the most emotional moments of the night was the recognition of long-standing clients who have trusted UCC since its early days. In the 13-year collaboration category, the honored companies were Fruttita, Las Moras, SM Export, and South Pacific Trading. In the 14-year category, Montolin, AMS Family, Arcotrading, Metro, Delipack, Disa, and Las Vertientes were recognized. Finally, in the 15-year category, Lafrut, Noble Fruit, Prize, GreenAgro, and CMX received special distinction.
“UCC was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to accompany our clients in their growth by offering solutions that make their journey easier, safer, and more efficient. Today, 15 years later, that essence remains intact. I’m proud to see how we’ve grown and expanded without losing sight of what truly matters: the people and the stories we share with every client,” said Alberto Dale, Chairman of the UCC Group Board.
“For me, tonight holds a very special meaning. For years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing with many of you moments that have shaped this history. Seeing you all here reminds me of everything we’ve built together — trust-based relationships, challenges overcome, and a shared purpose that unites us,” he added.
Meanwhile, René Díaz, CEO of the UCC Group, highlighted the spirit that has guided the company’s evolution: “Tonight, we celebrate much more than numbers. We celebrate every milestone, achievement, and person who has made this story possible. We celebrate the beginning of a new stage — because these 15 years are only the start of a greater, more challenging, and exciting journey, where we will continue to strengthen what matters most: trust and our relationship with each client.”
With its vision of becoming “a leader in global, innovative, and high-excellence logistics solutions,” UCC reaffirmed that its future growth will continue to be driven by operational excellence, innovation, and diversification. In this regard, René Díaz emphasized: “In the world of logistics, constant movement is part of our essence. Markets change, routes evolve, and every client pushes us to think differently. That’s why at UCC, we don’t wait for the future — we build it, supported by the solid foundations of our past and transforming the present with our eyes set on what’s ahead.”
The event also brought together the corporate executive team, including Claudia Tapia (CHRO), Roberto Manubens (CFO), and Alberto Chaji (Operations Manager), along with the Country Managers from UCC’s six international offices: Alejandro Calderón (Chile), Fernanda Canevaro (Peru), Esteban Rodríguez (Costa Rica), Juan Fernando Montoya (Colombia & America – U.S.), and Sonia Maíllo (Iberia).
