UCC Chile Operations Team Trained Together with MSC-MEDLOG

A group of fifteen professionals from UCC Chile’s operations team took part in a training session at the MSC-MEDLOG terminal in Valparaíso, with the aim of exchanging knowledge and strengthening their client advisory skills.

Javier Valencia, Head of Business Development in Chile and one of UCC’s representatives at the event, commented: “We are very grateful for the opportunity provided to carry out this operational visit to the port terminal facilities. It is an enriching experience for our teams, as it allows us to acquire and reinforce fundamental operational knowledge of our business.”

Meanwhile, Juan Marín, Head of Customer Experience in Chile, stated: “It was a session we truly value. The organization, the clarity of the explanations, and the staff’s willingness allowed us to enjoy a key learning experience for the training of our teams.”

This activity is part of the initiatives within the People pillar—one of UCC’s four strategic pillars—which focuses on the continuous development of the company’s talent across all its operations.
