UCC Logistics Spain expands its operational capacity with the acquisition of Algeciras Customs Services

UCC Logistics Spain S.L. announces the acquisition of the customs agency Algeciras Customs Services S.L., a strategic move that strengthens its position within the logistics and customs sector under the UCC Group. Following the integration, the agency will be renamed UCC Custom Solutions S.L., reflecting its alignment with UCC’s global structure and identity.

This acquisition will enable UCC Custom Solutions S.L. to directly manage all customs operations generated by its parent company, optimizing processes and providing a more agile, coordinated, and efficient service to national and international clients. In addition, the process is complemented by the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certification, which reinforces compliance with European standards in terms of security, traceability, and customs efficiency.
