UCC successfully concludes its participation in Fruit Logistica Berlin

With representatives from its offices in Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Colombia, America and Iberia, UCC completed its participation in Fruit Logistica Berlin, one of the most important trade fairs in the fresh produce sector and the first major industry gathering of the year, bringing together clients, suppliers and other key stakeholders.

For Eduardo de Luque, Commercial Manager of UCC Iberia, the company’s regional headquarters in Europe, “not every fruit season is the same. The analysis conducted by the UCC group, in collaboration with production zones and global shipping routes, allows us to visualize and efficiently manage supply chain logistics to achieve positive economic outcomes for our clients.” Maica Cagiao, Sales Executive at UCC Iberia, adds: “In Berlin, we reinforced UCC’s value proposition as a comprehensive logistics operator, supporting our clients in their business growth and helping them position their products in the market as quickly as possible. Without logistics, there is no fruit.”

Juan Fernando Montoya, Country Manager for Colombia and America, states: “We are delighted to have had the opportunity to listen to and understand our clients’ expectations and challenges for 2025 firsthand. We are committed to transforming these valuable business insights into powerful logistics solutions tailored to each challenge. So, let’s move forward together toward a successful 2025.”

For Esteban Rodríguez, Country Manager of Costa Rica, “attending Berlin was of vital importance, as it allowed us to align expectations, address new client needs in just a few hours, and provide crucial support for the growth of both parties.”

Fernanda Canevaro, Country Manager of Peru, highlights: “It was an enriching experience, as always, where we were able to connect with both current and future clients from all over Peru. It was an excellent opportunity to network with industry professionals and discover key trends that are transforming the logistics landscape. Without a doubt, this event adds significant value to UCC’s service updates and market positioning.”

Finally, Rodrigo Baeza, Sales Manager of Chile, concludes: “Berlin was once again an incredible opportunity to connect with our clients, listen to their needs, and learn about what lies ahead for this fruit season. We also shared insights with our clients and suppliers on logistics-related challenges, aiming to enhance the value of the services we provide.”
